3/6 = 3÷3/6÷3 = 1/2

^ 5/10 = 1/2
^ 3/6 = 1/2

1/2 = 1/2

So yes, 5/10 and 3/6 are equivalent fraction

= (5/5) / (10/5)
= 1/2

3/6
= (3/3) / (6/3)
= 1/2
