This would be exponential, so let's make an equation first.
95×1.15^x=y
95 is the start, so in 2015 it had 95 people. 1.15 is telling you you are growing by 15%. X is the years.
There are 8 years between 2015 and 2023, so let's put 8 for x.
95×1.15^8≈ 290.607
There will be about 291 people in 2023, since there can not be .607 of a person and wouldn't fit this problem.
