What does the product of any whole-number factor multiplied by 100 always have ? Explain

The product of any whole number factor multiplied by 100 basically is just the number with an extra two zeros on the end. This is the case with any whole number.

Examples:
13 x 100 = 1300
444 x 100 = 44400
7 x 100 = 700
