2d + 1/6 = 6(1/3d + 1).....distribute
2d + 1/6 = 2d + 6
2d - 2d = 6 - 1/6
0 = 36/6 - 1/6
no need to finish...if it ends with an untrue statement with no variables, then there is no solution.
