You use 6 gallons of water on 20 plants in your garden. At that rate, how much water will it take to water 30 plants?

it will take 9 gallons of water for the plants

9 gallons of water. Because if you divide 6 by 2 you get = 3 and and if per 10 plants you have to use 3 gallons. Then for 30 gallons you have to use 9 (3x3 equals 9).
