Find the equation of a line that passes through the points (1,-3) and (3,-4).
Leave your answer in the form y = mx + c

The answer is:

y= -0.5x -2.5

you can also write it as:

y = -0.5x + (-2.5)

m = -0.5

b or "c" = -2.5
