how do you find percent of change

To calculate the percent change :
First: Find out the difference between the two numbers you are comparing. 
Then: Divide the change by the original number and multiply the answer by 100.

If the answer is in positive integer , then it is the percentage increase.
If the answer is in negative integer, then it is the percentage decrease.
